Background

When housing is located closer to larger cities and development it means that there is less travel needed to go to work, shop, socialize etc. Unfortunately there isn't a large abundance of affordable housing within Denver. This fund would help to ensure that people could afford to live in Denver, instead of on the outskirts, thereby reducing carbon emissions.
