Peru Creek Nordic Ski Hike

Hike on Deer Mountain

If March is supposed to come in like a lion and go out like a lamb, then it makes sense somewhere along the way to out and hike a deer. That's just what Dave Hawley and his gang of hikers did on Deer Mountain. See the full story.

Great Sand Dunes Hike

The recent weekend camping outing to Great Sand Dunes yielded some of the best photographs (from Mike Whiteley and Nick Jancewicz) we've ever had on the web site. It looked like a great trip. See the full story here

IPG Volunteers Repair Wilderness

Sierra Club volunteers teamed up with the U.S. Forest Service as well as other outdoor groups to do some valuable wild area restoration. Damage caused by offroad vehicles was repaired and the area was given a chance to become beautiful again. See the action!
