Peru Creek Nordic Ski Trip

What is a perfect day in Colorado for you? For the Peru Creek Ski Gang (Dick, Judith, Rob, Sarah, and leader Mary), it was no traffic on I-70, a stop at the Silver Plume Sopp and Truscott bakery for naughty bars (and bread), bluer than blue skies, no wind, new snow, and no one on the trail. Oh and new snow in which we had to blaze our own trail.

Did you miss this event? Next time play—call in sick and join the gang for another great day of cross country skiing, great laughs (Dick post holed up to his thigh), and lots of sunshine.
