Smell Those Greens

It's Saturday. We're on the corner of Canyon and 13th Street. Come with me and take a stroll down 13th Street. The Farmers Market is here, look at all the delicious fresh produce, smell those vitamins. Here's some pastries, there's some herbs and here's, well what's this? Look - it's the Guardians of the Planet! It's the Sierra Club!

Pure Organic Volunteers

Would you like to coordinate an Indian Peaks Group table at a Farmer’s Market or other community event? If so, please contact Donna Bonetti. Tables are a great way to meet the community and share Sierra Club’s environmental message.

Be A Booth Person

It would be great if you could spare a Saturday morning or two or three over the Spring and Summer to help out on the booth. You'll have a great time. We will be providing information on current local and national environmental issues such as Global Warming, Wildlands Conservation, Endangered Species protection, local Sprawl and Transportation issues, local outings, and programs. We need two people for each time slot. The set up person needs to pick up materials at Donna Bonetti's home in Boulder and then the closing person should return them afterwards.

These are the dates booked so far in 2008:

• May 24 - Boulder Farmer's Market
• June 28 - Boulder Farmer's Market
• July 12 - Boulder Farmer's Market
• Aug 30 - Boulder Farmer's Market
